Hi! My name is Andi Putt and I have been a speech language pathologist since 2008 when I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a master’s degree in Communication Disorders.

I have felt a calling to work with kids since I was a kid myself and am SO glad I chose this profession because I love it so much. I enjoy helping children communicate to the best of their abilities and rejoicing with them in their accomplishments. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and their families and feel that having a strong relationship is a major factor in successful therapy.

I currently work in both the public schools and the private practice setting and this has allowed me to have experience with a variety of communication needs. While I enjoy working with all speech and language disorders, I particularly enjoy “my” kids with autism spectrum disorders, behavioral challenges, fluency disorders, and articulation disorders.

I currently live in Flower Mound and love it here. I have three step sons (my bonus boys) and one son with my husband who was born in November 2015. We love to travel and go to the beach, which is my happy place. I also enjoy reading and relaxing at home.

I am very excited to join the Flower Mound Speech Therapy team and look forward to meeting you and your child and helping to increase their communication skills!

Hi, I'm Kayla.

I'm a speech-language pathologist. I help children that struggle to talk, play, understand how to follow directions, eat their fruits and veggies, and socialize with others. I help them to improve while making it feel like they're just having fun. I give parents the tools they needs to help their children have success both at home and in school.

I've worked in hospitals, rehab centers, and school districts across the state of Texas. I've been in private practice, my favorite setting, since 2012. I'm licensed in the state of Texas and I hold the Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).

I founded a private practice because I believe in providing in-depth personalized services to the families that I work with. I like to spend time getting to know each child as an individual and I enjoy creating treatment plans that address their individual needs. I have considerable experience working with children of all ages and abilities.

If you have any questions about me, or about your child, I'd love to hear them. I offer free consultations to give you the opportunity to speak with me about your concerns and to determine how I can help.
You can reach me by email, or by giving me a call. You can learn more about the services that I provide by clicking here. I look forward to hearing from you!

Kayla Fontenot, MS, CCC-SLP

I’m from the piney woods of East Texas where I graduated from Harmony High School in 1987. I’m a US Navy veteran and now live in Denton, Texas with my husband and four children.  I’m a lover of dogs, koi pond owner/enthusiast and am recently rekindling my love for hiking and outdoor adventure activities.

After 8 years of military service, I returned to college and graduated summa cum laude from Texas Woman’s University with my Bachelor of Science degree in 2002 and Master of Science degree in 2005. Since graduation I’ve had the privilege of serving as a speech-language pathologist in the Denton ISD school system assessing, diagnosing and designing highly individualized plans of treatment for stuttering, articulation, language and hearing disorders. Throughout these years I worked with children and adolescents in the Denton Regional Day School Program for the Deaf, Life Skills, Adaptive Life Skills and Denton County Juvenile Detention Center.

I am excited about joining Flower Mound Speech Therapy. My goal is to help each family meet the unique speech, language and communication needs of their child.
