Skills & Responsibilities
Joining Speechberry Speech & Myofunctional Therapy means becoming part of a team that values creativity, compassion, and excellence in every session. Here’s what we’re looking for in a speech-language pathologist:
Provide individualized speech, language, feeding, and/or myofunctional therapy using play-based and evidence-based approaches.
Conduct evaluations, write clear reports, and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each child’s goals.
Collaborate closely with families through caregiver coaching, education, and ongoing communication.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation for sessions, progress, and billing requirements.
Coordinate with teachers, pediatricians, and other therapists to ensure consistency across environments.
Contribute to a positive, creative, and professional clinic environment that reflects the Speechberry brand.
Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and training to support professional growth and best practices.
