Billing & Insurance
We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and Cigna.
We also accept private pay.
At times, clients choose to forego using their insurance benefits, or do not have them. If you choose to pay us directly at the time of service, our prompt payment rates are:
$80 per 30-minute session
$275-$325 per 60-minute evaluation
Please keep in mind that these rates may be lower or higher than the rates we receive from insurance companies. It all depends on your specific plan and benefits. It is best to contact your insurance company to understand your coverage so that you can decide which option will be most cost-effective. We're also happy to walk you through this process if you need assistance.

We ask that families provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are $40. Consistency is essential for progress, so we do our best to help you keep a regular schedule.

Billing is handled through our secure system. All families keep a card on file, and charges are processed after each session. You’ll always receive a clear, itemized statement in your patient app.

We specialize in working with children from birth through high school. Our approach is tailored to meet the developmental needs of little ones while also supporting older children as needed.

Every child’s journey is unique. Some children may only need a few months of focused support, while others benefit from longer-term care. After the evaluation, we’ll provide an individualized treatment plan with timeline-based goals.

Most children attend sessions 2 times per week. Frequency depends on your child’s needs, your family’s schedule, and the intensity of support required. Please plan for 2 weekly visits if recommended as therapy is most effective and efficient when frequent.

Play is a child’s natural way of learning. In play-based therapy, we use toys, games, books, and activities to make learning feel fun and engaging. This approach keeps children motivated while building real communication and feeding skills.

Yes! Parents and caregivers are welcome. Some children thrive with you in the room, while others focus better with a little space. We’ll guide you on what’s most supportive for your child.

Yes! Sometimes children don’t meet strict qualification criteria but still benefit greatly from therapy. Private therapy allows us to target specific concerns before they grow into bigger challenges.

Absolutely. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. With your permission, we’re happy to share progress notes with teachers, pediatricians, or other therapists so your child has consistent support across environments. If you are interested in having us attend meetings or phone conferences, these are billed at our private pay rate in 15-minute increments.

In coaching sessions, we teach you simple, everyday strategies to support your child’s goals at home. This might include modeling activities, sharing feedback, or problem-solving tricky situations together. Our goal is to empower you with tools you can use long after the session ends.
